Returns

At Avryday, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It should be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Certain categories (e.g., perishables, personal care, innerwear, and customized items) may not be returnable for hygiene/safety reasons

Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2 business days and notify you of the approval status.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
